These Terms of Use govern your use of findmyhvacfriend.com and the phone line operated by Find My HVAC Friend, which is owned and operated by MGM Scale Craft LLC. By using this site or calling the number shown on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our phone line.

Description of Service

Find My HVAC Friend is a free referral service that connects consumers with independent, licensed home-service contractors. We do not perform any home-service work ourselves. Contractors are independent third parties and are not our employees or agents. Contractor availability varies by area. We do not guarantee the price, timing or quality of any work performed by a contractor.

No Endorsement

A referral to a contractor is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of that contractor or their work. Any agreement for services is solely between you and the contractor.

Call Recording Consent

By calling the number on this site you consent to the call being recorded and monitored. Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying any contractor's licensing and insurance and for obtaining written estimates directly from the contractor before any work begins. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site and phone line only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to MGM Scale Craft LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
